This capability is tapped only with the client's approval and needs. The off-shore team is comprised of over 2000 software engineers and is both ISO9001 and SEI CMM Level 5-certified. Fifty-six (56) percent of the software engineers available through this channel have advanced computer science degrees. We have tapped this pool of resources and proposed up to 200 trained web developers for a client's "short-fuse, business critical" project.
